Because all products sold by CrochetPurl are digital crochet PDF patterns, they cannot be physically returned once they have been accessed or downloaded.
Digital Product Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the digital pattern has been downloaded or accessed.
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after access to the digital files has been provided.
However, if you experience any issue with:
- downloading your pattern,
- receiving your files,
- accessing your purchase,
please contact us within 14 days of purchase, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
